October empties

I didn’t really make much of a dent this month, coupled with the fact that I went and bought ALL the vanilla stuff from The Body Shop (okay, not ALL the stuff, but, come on, it’s my favourite scent and it only comes out during this time of year), I’m probably not going to be publishing long lists of empty containers anytime soon. Whoops.

PS: I still need to get my fingers on Lush’s Hot Toddy… (uh oh!)

Dove Liquid Cotton Cosmetic Wipes
Cheap! And effective. I don’t use it for removing my makeup, just removing mess ups or fall out. I repurchased this.

Maxfactor Clump Defy by False Lash Effect
I loved this in the beginning. It lengthened, separated and just made my lashes look good. By the time I got to the end of the tube, however, I was happy to chuck it. It got clumpy and just didn’t look or feel the same. I didn’t repurchase because I have a Clarins sample I’m busy using up now.

Nivea Creme Soft Shower Creme with Mild Scent and Moisturising Almond Oil
This was like an economy size or something. Ginormous, and affordable. It was completely inoffensive, did what it was supposed to do, foamed up (this is always something I look for because it makes me feel cleaner to see lather? Weird, I know) and smelt nice. I got the normal 200ml (or something) size of the coconut version because… coconuts.

Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi-purpose Dry Oil for Face, Body and Hair, with 6 Precious Plant Oils
Oh god, what a long name. That aside… I was gutted when I finished the last splash of this magical elixir 😛 This stuff smells like heaven, makes my skin feel amazing, and I’m just in love with it. I plan on buying a 100ml version after Christmas. The perfume is on my Christmas list too 😛

Mavala Mava Dry Nail Polish Dryer
This was also a sad moment. I like painting my nails but I do have one problem… and that is patience. I used to have loads of it when I was younger. Now? Ha. I’m going to need to repurchase this or something similar. I’ve used Revlon’s offering… I’m interested in seeing what else is out there.

Bio Oil
I’ve been using the huge stockpile of Bio Oil we have lying around the house to shave my legs with. Is that a grammatically correct sentence? Anyway. I had a half finished 60ml bottle, which I finished up. Now I’m using up a 200ml we have. And there’s more when that came from.

Dove Nourishing Oil Care Shampoo
Love this stuff. Bought it because it was cheap and because I didn’t feel like purchasing Head and Shoulders (my other go to I’m-poor-and-need-to-wash-my-hair products). I’m using Gliss something at the moment, though.
